Her position involved Automated Clearing House (ACH) activities where she was responsible for customer contact and running multiple programs.

Debra started her career as a customer service representative for a third party healthcare administrator, handling call center requests. She later became a customer service field trainer, a post that entailed training new employees in all aspects of service.
